But what happens if you encounter fraud, errors, delays, or chargebacks? Or what if you receive or issue multi-currency payment methods, e.g., e-wallet, mobile, debit/credit cards? How do you navigate the legal web of payments laws and remedies? This session will answer these questions and consider other common payment problems, issues and pitfalls, followed by suggestions from three payment attorneys for how to avoid or resolve them. He regularly speaks at payments-related conferences and works with financial institutions throughout the United States on payment systems, payments fraud, and bank operations, including treasury management services, wire transfers, ACH transactions, online banking, mobile banking, and emerging payment systems.
